Welcome Our new Choir Director!
Jeff Dare
Mr. Dare is a graduate of the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign, where he received a bachelors degree in choral music
education. From 2006-2008, he was the Choir Director at Champaign
Central High School, where he directed five curricular choirs, two A
Cappella groups, the madrigal dinner, two musicals a year, and a Jazz
choir. He has directed and acted in numerous musical productions,
including leading a summer musical theatre camp called Petting Zoo
Productions in his home town of Downers Grove, IL. Mr. Dare
enjoys listening to all kinds of music, including jazz, rock, and
classical. He likes spending time with his parents, who live in Downers Grove and
younger brother, who is attending graduate school at Purdue University.
